Since the early 70´s Celbi invested in the technical training of its employees as a key tool to ensure its sustainability. From the 90´s, a special attention has been given to the behavioural and management aspects. Several structured programs were defined according to the different participants.
Training Results
As a result, the company has invested a significant number of hours in training, representing, in 2016, a 1.9% rate of effort with a total of 7929 hours of training, an average of 4 trainning days per worker.
